4FRNT is a newer company with tons of cool ideas and energy. They are owned by a team of athletes that are fully immersed in the design of their skis. All 4FRNT skis are super durable with wood cores, and extra thick edges. They are also all twin tips, and get wider in longer lengths. The MSP is a great introduction to the line. The first thing you notice is the graphics; the MSP may be the best looking ski ever. The panoramic mountain painting spans all eight skis, and makes you want to own all four sizes. It also skis very well. Like all 4FRNT skis, the MSP has a bit less side cut, and feels very smooth and stable. If you are looking for a hooky carve ski, than look elsewhere, this baby lets you stand tall and carry speed in a long arc. The MSP is great for fast skiing all over the mountain, in any snow condition. The VCT is a wider ski that is a total blast in the soft stuff. It loves to turn, and plows effortlessly through powder and crud. Be sure to check out the Grom for the junior freerider. It’s a sweet ski with castles and dragons on the top sheet.
