Our rental department is always well stocked with alpine skis, XC skis, snowboards, snowshoes, kid carriers, and various outdoor accessories. We also rent kids helmets

Our standard rental ski is a Volkl with a 74mm waist that skis great and offers a great combination of ease of use and surprising performance.

New for this season are K2 AMP Impact performance skis for men and K2 Superific for ladies. The Impact is 80mm wide underfoot, and is basically a AMP Rictor with carbon instead of metal. Compared to the Rictor, it has a livelier more nimble feel, and is a bit more forgiving. With moderate tip rocker, the Impact is versatile, quick and fun. Superific has tip rocker and a 76mm waist. It shares the same shape as the Superfree, but has a more forgiving construction, making it an easy ski with more performance when you need it.

Our demo shop carries every adult ski we sell, and some of the hottest junior skis on the market.

Please wear clean ski socks when you come in to get fit for boots. Cotton socks are a miserable choice for skiing/boarding, so consider purchasing a nice technical ski sock if you don't already have them. A good ski sock is made of synthetic materials and/or merino wool. If you are using a standard rental boot, a slightly thicker sock is appropriate for most feet. If your feet are super wide, a thin sock will work better. A slightly thicker sock may also work well for snowboarding. Unless your feet are incredibly narrow, you should not need to layer multiple pairs of socks. Your feet will stay warmest in a thin, wicking sock with a properly fit boot. Don't forget your custom insoles, or orthotics.

If you are going snowshoeing, a waterproof hiking shoe is the best choice. Your Sorels or Uggs most likely do not have the fit or support for snowshoeing.
